Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed, except that prices for an order that have been accepted by AZTEK, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Seller”) are not subject to change after acceptance. Prices stated do not include any sales, use or excise tax or any other tax, duty or charge which is now in effect or may be hereafter imposed by any Federal, State or other authority. All such taxes, duties or other charges shall be paid by Buyer unless Buyer shall provide Seller an exemption certificate acceptable to the appropriate authorities.

 

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Please note that printers are not returnable once the inks have been installed. Printers that may not have had inks charged and desire to return will incur a restocking fee and are responsible for any shipping charges that may incur.

Printer consumables are not returnable once they have been opened and used.  For instance if an ink is opened and installed into a printer.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 



Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products such as Kami fluids are can only be shipped to the contiguous North America.  If you are outside the United States please contact Aztek via phone or email and we will assist you.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.   Shipping estimates include insurance from the respective carrier in case of damage or loss during shipment.

Please note, we manually verify shipping costs at the time your order is prepared to insure accuracy. If it is found that there was an over estimation on shipping costs, we will decrease the shipping costs notifying you and refund the difference.

If you believe the shipping rate is overstated while shopping, please feel free to contact us and we can verify shipping costs prior to the order being processed.

Damage

Please note any damage to your shipment on delivery paperwork and let Aztek know immediately.
