Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed, except for orders that have already been accepted by AZTEK, Inc. and/or its affiliates ("Seller"). Once accepted, those prices remain fixed. Prices listed do not include sales tax, use tax, excise tax, duties, or other charges imposed by federal, state, or local authorities. The Buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes unless an acceptable exemption certificate is provided.
Returns
We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
Printers: Once ink has been installed, printers are no longer eligible for return. If the ink has not been charged and a return is requested, a restocking fee will apply, and the Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Printer Consumables: Opened or used printer consumables (such as ink cartridges) are not returnable.
Flammable or Special-Handling Materials: Products requiring special shipping, such as Kami fluids, cannot be returned due to shipping restrictions.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks, which includes transit time for the returned item (5-10 business days), processing time (3-5 business days), and bank processing time (5-10 business days).
To initiate a return, log in to your account, locate your order under "Complete Orders," and select the "Return Item(s)" button. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
Shipping
We ship to most locations worldwide, but some products are subject to shipping restrictions. Kami fluids and other hazardous materials are only available for shipment within the contiguous United States. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing.
Shipping estimates are based on item availability and the selected shipping method. If the actual shipping cost is lower than the estimated amount, we will adjust the charge accordingly and notify you of any refund.

Damage Claims
If your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the delivery paperwork and notify Aztek immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
